How do I cancel or manage Beautiful Trains+?

Beautiful Trains+ is managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Beautiful Trains+ to change or cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop it renewing.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are taken by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its standard terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My delay alerts aren't arriving. What should I check?

Make sure notifications are allowed for Beautiful Trains in iOS Settings → Notifications, and check the alert is still listed in the app under Settings → Journey Alerts. Alerts are removed automatically if the app hasn't been opened, with notifications allowed, for 30 days, so you may need to set it up again. If alerts still don't arrive, email us with the route and time so we can investigate.

A train time or platform looks wrong.

Live times, platforms and journeys come from National Rail Enquiries and are shown on a best-effort basis. Always check with station staff or the operator before making time-critical decisions. If something looks consistently wrong, let us know.

How do I turn off analytics?

In the app, go to Settings → Privacy and turn off "Share usage analytics". The app still works without it.

How do I ask about or delete my data?

Email hello@beautifultrains.app. There are no accounts, so tell us roughly when you used the app and we'll delete what we can identify. Full details are in the privacy policy.
